1.5kw Air cooled square spindle (ER11)

 
These square/rectangular spindles are typically used in commercial CNC routers due to their sturdy mounting platform, rigid design and surprizingly low run out. They have 4 carbon steel ball bearings supporting the spindle shaft providing a run out less than 0.01mm.
 
The power connector used on these spindles is extremely sturdy and has a locking clasp for reliability.  
 
The 0.8 and 1.5kw version of these spindles accept ER11 collets. The 2.2kw version and greater use ER20 collets.
