Ball screws are considered the most precise method for controlling motion and depending on the pitch can provide accurate measured movements within 0.01mm.
 
The ball nut is filled with carbon steel bearing that align perfectly with the matched grooves on the ball screw for ultimate stability with almost ZERO play.
 
Maintenance
 
For optimal perfomance, we recommend cleaning the existing machine oil off thoroughly and applying fresh machine oil or grease. To extend the life of these rails we recommend ensuring there is adequate oil/grease on the rails.
