    These Genuine Huanyang VFD kits are considered to be some of the best VFDs on the market for controlling CNC's and other motors.

     

    These fully digital VFDs can be used for constant torque loads ( such as hard starting: Air compressors, HVAC units) and variable torque loads (such as pumps, fans, etc). It can be used as a motor speed control and a phase converter. There are 2 input options for this VFD, a single phase 240V and 3 phase input so please choose carefully. 

     

    They support full range speed adjustment from ~100rpm to 24,000rpm and are designed to control 3 phase motors on Lathes, Mills, Car Hoists, Pumps & Conveyors, grinders, the options are endless.

     

    These VFDs have a potentiometer for speed control on the front panel or they can be controlled via PWM from a microcontroller.

     

    The efficient design of these VFDs with built-in heatsink and cooling fan allows the unit to run continuously for hours of use at full load.

     

    Frequency Control

    • Operator Setting Method: Press directly ←∧∨ to set.
    • Analog Setting Method: External Voltage 0-5V,0-10V,4-20mA,0-20mA.
    • Other Functions: Frequency lower limit, starting frequency, stopping frequency, three skip frequencies can be respectively set.

     

    General Control

    Ramp Control: Selectable 4-speed steps ramp-up and -down time (0.1-6500s).

    Torque Control: Torque increase settable, the starting torque can reach 150% at 1.0Hz.

    Multi-Inputs: 6 multi-function input terminals for 8–speed step control, program operation, switching of 4-speed Ramp, UP/DOWN function, counter, external emergency stop and other functions.

    Multi-Outputs:5 multi-output for displaying of running, zero speed, counter, external abnormity, program operation and other information and warnings.

    Other Functions: Auto Voltage Regulation (AVR), Decelerating Stop or Coasting Stop, DC Braking, Auto Reset and Restart, Frequency Track, PLC Program Control, Traverse Control, Drawing Control、Auto Energy Saving, Carrier Adjustable (Up to 20KHz), etc.

     

    Protection Functions

    Overload Protection: Electronic relay protection

    Fuse Protection: Internal fuse provided

    Over-voltage: DC Voltage >400V.

    Under-voltage: DC Voltage <200V.

    Restart After Instant Stop: Restart with Frequency Track

    Stall Protection: Stall protection in ramp operation

    Output Short Circuit: Electrical circuit protection

    Other safety features: electronic over-heat protection, restriction of reverse running, direct start after power on, fault reset, parameter lock PID, one-drive-more, etc.

    Due to the volatile nature of VFDs, CNC3D provide minimal support for configuring and setting up any VFD. Under Australian Law all 240V work MUST be completed by a licenced Electrician.

     

    If you do not have experience setting up VFD's, we do not recommend changing any settings yourself and to seek advice from your licensed electrician that is installing your VFD for you.

     

    Failing to configure your VFD correctly may result in catastrophic events occurring such as the VFD physically exploding if settings are not configured correctly prior to powering on any VFD - this may void your warranty
