After sampling several suppliers profile rails we are extremely happy with the performance of these profile rails.
 
These rails are designed as a replacement for your existing linear motion application or to build your own precise CNC router or mill, these rails are made of high carbon steel and precision milled within an extremely tight tolerance.
 
They make for a very rigid and well controlled linear motion action and are suited for the toughest of jobs.
 
There is an option of 2 bearing block types:
 
HGHCA - A slim line bearing block with bolt holes on the top but cannot be bolted all the way through.
HGWCC - A wider profile bearing block that allows bolting all the way through the block.
 
 
Maintenance
 
For optimal perfomance, we recommend cleaning the existing machine oil off thoroughly and applying fresh machine oil or grease. To extend the life of these rails we recommend ensuring there is adequate oil/grease on the rails.
 
Please Note: Due to their size, HGH15 CA & CW bearing blocks do not have a grease nipple for easy lubrication so please ensure that you periodically apply fresh machine oil or grease to the rails to keep these rails performing as expected year after year.
