These 2 flute round bottom cutters are great for signage applications where a radiused bottom is required. They are easy to use and can used at full depth.

Please Note
Be careful when cutting or engraving MDF and some particle timber products as they produce alot of fine dust that can irritate the throat, eyes and lungs. It is recommended to use a dust shoe and suitable dust extraction system when machining these products.
 
It is recommended to have a slow Z plunge rate and do a full depth of cut per pass. A word of warning; Do not exceed the maximum depth of the cutting head itself.
 
Colour Variation Notice:
Depending on stock availability, this bit may be supplied in either red or green. The green version is slightly longer, however performance, cut quality, and usage remain identical. Both variants are tested to deliver the same result.
