Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") outline the payment policies and procedures for goods and services provided by CNC3D Pty Ltd, an Australian business entity, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By making a purchase or engaging in a transaction with CNC3D Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing and Payment

​

Pricing: All prices for goods and services offered by CNC3D Pty Ltd are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

All payment transactions are processed in AUD.

​

Prices shown in a currency other than AUD may change frequently dependent on the daily exchange rate.

CNC3D are not responsible for any discrepancies between the conversion rates, or, any international transaction fee's that may apply.

Credit or Debit Cards (EFT)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit and debit cards. We don't charge a surcharge for paying by card. Your payment details are securely processed, and we do not store card information. Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid delays.

​

Bank Transfer (Pre-Approved Orders Only)
Bank transfer is available only for pre-approved orders. If approved, our bank details and payment instructions will be provided via invoice. Please ensure the correct reference is used and allow 1–2 business days for funds to clear. We cannot dispatch items until payment has been received in full. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect transfers.
 

PayPal

Pay easily and securely with PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card. PayPal's Buyer Protection may apply to your purchase. Please refer to PayPal’s terms for more details.

Afterpay

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free. When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks. Late fees, eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply. Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd Australian Credit Licence 527911.

Klarna
Klarna lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, taken automatically every 2 weeks. Select Klarna at checkout and Klarna will check your eligibility. To use Klarna you must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over, with a valid card or bank account. Some customers may need to make a higher first payment, and snooze fees and late fees may apply. Purchase Orders:

CNC3D Pty Ltd does not accept purchase orders. All orders must be placed and paid for using the accepted payment methods as listed in Section 1. under Payment Methods.

Deposits (CNC Machine orders ONLY):

If you'd prefer to pay for your CNC machine order by direct debit, or pay a deposit now and the balance later, simply complete the quote request form found at www.cnc3d.com.au/quote. We'll send you an invoice via email with payment instructions.

​

Terms & Conditions:

- Only available for CNC3D machine orders over $4000
- Payment is made in two parts: a 50% deposit when you order, and the remaining 50% when your machine is ready
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason that isn't our fault, including a change of mind or a change in circumstances. This is fixed and not negotiable (see Non-refundable Deposits in our Return Policy)
- Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received
- Title of goods remains the property of CNC3D Pty Ltd until the invoice is paid in full

​​Gift Card Usage: 

When making a purchase, customers can choose to use a gift card for payment. If the value of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, they can use an additional payment method for the remaining amount.

 

Each transaction is limited to the use of one gift card only. This means that customers can use one gift card to make a purchase in a single transaction.

In exceptional cases where customers may have multiple gift cards, our sales team is available to assist. However, combining multiple gift cards in a single transaction may be subject to specific conditions and approval.

All gift cards are issued and redeemed through our external partner, Gifted.co

Please note that CNC3D does not manage or process gift card transactions. All gift card-related support is handled exclusively by Gifted.co

Export Orders:

For export orders, GST will not be charged. However, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees in their destination country.

​

Important Notice for USA Orders:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all orders shipping to the United States now incur a higher shipping fee. This adjustment covers mandatory customs processing and pre-paid import duties required for clearance. We appreciate your understanding as we comply with these updated import requirements.

​

Some country's may require you (the importer) to have your own customs client code - please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

CNC3D is unable to offer any guidance or information regarding potential import duties or fees. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local border force or relevant authorities.

​

Procuret Finance payments:

Procuret exclusively offers business-to-business finance services. To begin a finance application, please fill out the quote form available HERE. After submitting, you will receive an invoice and a link to apply for financing. Applications must be completed by an authorised representative of your business: a director, business owner or someone with delegated authority from a director.

* Procuret installment plans are subject to terms and credit eligibility criteria.

Procuret handles and manages all aspects of the financing process directly.

​

CNC3D has no involvement in the finance application and approval process. All CNC3D will provide is the invoice required for your application.

 

All inquiries and issues related to financing, including approvals and payment arrangements, should be directed to Procuret.

​

CNC3D is not accountable for any interest charged, collection processes, defaults, deferrals, or hardship requests. These matters are solely managed by Procuret's team located in Sydney.

​

Refunds and cancellations:

Your Procuret instalment plan is a separate agreement between your business and Procuret. Procuret pays our invoice on your behalf, and you then repay Procuret. If there's a problem with your order, contact us, not Procuret. Our obligations to you for the goods we supply, including under the Australian Consumer Law, are the same however you pay.

Cancelling or returning your order doesn't cancel your Procuret plan. Under Procuret's terms, your instalments continue regardless of any issue with your order, and payments to Procuret are not refundable. You can pay out your plan early by contacting Procuret (a break fee applies, see Procuret's terms).

​

Our cancellation, deposit and refund terms apply to Procuret-financed orders in the same way as any other payment method. For machine orders, if you cancel after Procuret has paid us, 50% of the order value is non-refundable, the same as our deposit terms. If we owe you a refund, we'll normally pay it to your business, and you can use it towards paying out your Procuret plan. How a refund is paid on a Procuret-financed order is handled case by case, and we may need to confirm the details with Procuret before processing it.

2. Payment Terms

​

Payment Due Date: Payment for goods and services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.

​

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. Title of goods remain the property of CNC3D Pty Ltd until this invoice is paid in full.

​

Please note:  CNC3D does not offer any discounts to pensioners, retired veterans or current enlisted persons.  Our pricing policy is designed to be fair and consistent for all customers, ensuring that we adhere to legal and ethical standards.

3. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

​

Refunds:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described or doesn't meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL. If it's a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. Refunds under the ACL are paid in full, with no cancellation, restocking or processing fees deducted.

Returns:

Please let us know about a faulty item as soon as reasonably possible.

​

We don't usually accept change-of-mind returns. If we approve one, a 10% restocking fee on the item price and the payment processing fee are deducted from your refund, and return shipping is at your expense.

​

Change-of-mind cancellations:

You can request to cancel an order before it's dispatched by emailing solutions@cnc3d.com.au with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and any return is handled under our Return Policy.​

​

If you cancel because you've changed your mind, we'll refund the amount you paid less the payment processing fee from your original payment, which our payment provider keeps when we issue a refund. We pass this on at cost: no mark-up and no extra admin fee.

​

Example: on a $116.00 order paid by card, the processing fee is about $2.55, so your refund would be $113.45. The fee depends on how you paid (Afterpay and PayPal fees differ from card fees), and we'll confirm the exact amount when we process your cancellation. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.

​

Change of mind covers any cancellation that isn't caused by us, for example ordering the wrong item, ordering more than you need, finding it cheaper elsewhere, or no longer needing it.

​

No cancellation fee applies if:

• we cancel your order, or can't supply an item (for example, it's out of stock, discontinued or listed at the wrong price)

• the goods are faulty, not as described or don't meet a consumer guarantee

• you're entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law

 

Custom work: Fully assembled machines, custom orders, price-quoted orders and cut-to-order items can't be cancelled once we've started building, cutting or ordering parts for you unless we agree otherwise. If we agree, we may deduct the reasonable costs we've already incurred on your order. For machine orders paid by deposit, our deposit terms in Section 1 apply instead.

5. Changes to Terms

​

Amendments: CNC3D Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other appropriate notice.
