At CNC3D we pride ourselves on our support, both for our physical products as well as our software. We build them so we know them inside and out!

Phone support is available during the hours listed on our Contact Page and is the best way to get support.

During business hours our awesome team are available via Phone, Email, Facebook or via our Website chat to assist you with products you have purchased from us. Our business hours can be found on our Contact Page.

We recommend installing TeamViewer so we can see your computer screen if needed.

After hours, including weekends and public holidays our team donate their time for support however this is limited to digital communication such as Facebook and our web chat only. We do not offer any phone support after hours!

Our team donate their spare time to help after hours so our response time may not be immediate, and may vary! Please be patient as we may be busy with family or other commitments!
