At CNC3D we are committed to supporting and promoting our community of dedicated users. We do not offer custom CNC work ourselves, so connecting clients with the right CNC business matters to us.
There are two ways to get your business in front of people looking for CNC work, and they work together.
CNC3D Business is our fabrication marketplace, and it is the main one. Customers post the parts they need and you bid with a price and a lead time. Matching jobs are surfaced to you based on the machines and processes you run, so the work comes to you instead of you waiting on a phone call. It also gives you the back office behind it: clients, jobs, billable time, stock, and invoicing that reconciles to the job that earned it. A CNC3D Business subscription includes your listing in the directory.
The directory is our original state-by-state listing of Australian CNC businesses, and it is staying. If you are the original purchaser of a CNC3D machine, your listing is free for life, as a token of our appreciation for choosing CNC3D. That has not changed and it is not going to.

There are some conditions to being accepted for a listing, these terms are unequivocally non-negotiable:

You must be a registered Australian business with an active ABN.

You must not act a in way that may cause damage of any kind to CNC3D or other CNC3D users.

Accept that CNC3D reserves the right to remove your listing at any time, for any reason.

The information you provide us WILL be shared with everyone who visits our directory.

If we receive complaints from users regarding your listing, your listing may be temporarily removed pending an investigation by our team.

No refunds of any kind will be issued for any reason, even if your listing is removed from our directory..

CNC3D does not vet the people who contact you through the directory. Please apply the same due diligence you would with any new client. Marketplace jobs on CNC3D Business work differently: payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms the parts arrived, and sensitive files can be gated behind an NDA

It is your responsibility to ensure your directory listing subscription is up to date and we will not automatically debit your bank or card to keep the subscription renewed. An email will be sent 1 week prior to expiry of your subscription to remind you to renew.
