TC 20mm 90° Diamond cutter (Foams, Stone, Marble)

These zero flute diamond cutter is specifically designed for clean 90° foam cutting and for working on stone, marble, granite and ceasar stone. Unlike most cutters these bits grind material away rather than cut.
These endmills have a cutter width of 20mm with a depth of 12mm and a shank of 8mm!

Please Note
It is recomended to run these endmills with coolant flood if engraving any type of stone. Failure to do so will result in a large amount of airborne particulate which is very hazardous to your health and may cause the cutter to burn out.
Please be aware that these will not fit in an ER11 collet such as those that are standard with a CNC3D QueenBee or QB2 machine. The maximum size shank that will fit in your ER11 collet is 7mm.
Suggested feeds and speed for stone
Spindle RPM: 20,000rpm
Z plunge rate: 100-300 Engraving depth-0.5mm-5mm
X&Y Feed rate: 1000-3000mm/m
