30w air assist cutting laser + Air pump (1-2 week lead time*)
We have searched for a long time for a small form factor laser that can easily be added to our existing CNC machines that has the ability to actually cut rather than just engrave.
Presenting this 30w 450nm blue laser that has an air assist system designed for clean and crisp cutting on timbers and some acrylics and also includes an easy magnetic laser safe cover for engraving as well.
The laser itself consumes 30w of power at 24V and the design consists of 2 x 8w 450nm laser diodes running at 100% duty cycle that have their beams converged into 1 powerful laser beam.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This laser and air pump requires 24 volts DC power and can NOT be powered directly from our Nighthawk controller. It will require atleast a 24V 5A power supply to run this laser and pump effectively. Please take note that the required voltage of this laser is 24V DC.
Please be aware: These laser modules are 145mm long and may restrict the thickness of your workpiece on machines with a short Z-axis, such as our YouCarve machines.

Please note: If you already have a Fully Assembled Queenbee, QB2 or YouCarve machine you will not need to add the 5m Wiring Loom, you will already have it installed on your machine.
If you are upgrading from a smaller laser module, you may still need to add the 5m wiring loom as your existing one may not suit this larger laser.
