These turbo fans are generally used to upgrade 3D printers for extra part cooling while extruding, they flow quite a lot of air for their size and have an efficient turbo design.
They can also be used for other cooling applications where decent airflow is required.
Please note: these fans are 40x20mm, some 3D printers require 50x20mm fans, please check your printer.
