This DC-DC step-down power regulator is based on an LM2596S Vreg packaged in a nicely filtered, sturdy and easy to use board. capable of handling a continuous 2A of current with no heatsink and 3A of current with a small heatsink fitted (Not supplied).
A perfect module for powering your mobile Microcontroller projects such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi etc.
It supports an input voltage range of 3.2V to 35V DC with an output voltage range of
1.25V to 30V DC while maintaining ~92% efficiency.
Please note: This is a step-down module, the input voltage must be atleast 1.5V DC higher than the output voltage.
