Hi guys, I’m new, just got my QB2 yesterday. Just wondering if there’s an automated way to cut mitre track channels or do i have to write a file or use a router by hand?

Hi Dave,It is much easier to simply have someMDF planks cut up to fit between the slots of the T-tracks. that way if you ever need to replace section you just need to replace the plank and not the whole bed :)Make sure to use atleast 16mm MDF for the planks to give you sufficient clearance of the tracks themselves.See this example of our demo machine:
