The MGN15C is a compact miniature bearing block designed to slide smoothly along a standard MGN15 profile rail. Perfect for 3D printers, laser engravers, small CNC builds, and any application where precision linear motion is needed in a tight footprint.
 
They are made from hardened stainless steel with rows of precision ball bearings that groove perfectly into your MGN15 rail, giving you smooth, low-friction travel with minimal play.
 
The "C" designation refers to the standard short-length carriage, featuring 4 tapped mounting holes on the top face for easy bolt-down to your moving platform, gantry, or print head.
 
Each block also includes a grease nipple for easy ongoing lubrication.
 
Maintenance
These units come shipped with machine oil on them to prolong the life and decrease the chances of any corrosion. We recommend cleaning these units in isopropyl alcohol and applying fresh lubricant to the block before putting them into your application.
 
Pro Tip:
If it feels like the blocks aren’t sliding freely with a bit of weight applied to them, try loosening the grease nipple by about half a turn.
