CNC tech tip - How to cut parts without tabs without a vacuum table!

In this video we cover a quick and inexpensive method for cutting profile shapes with any holding on a CNC machine that does not have a vacuum table fitted.


This method involves using blue painters tape or normal masking tape and superglue. It makes for an excellent holding method that it very easy remove later and leaving very little to no residue on your spoil board.


This method makes a very clean edge on your parts that require no removal of tabs later. :)


We use the same process at our factory for cutting some parts including the new limit switch mounts and Quick-Access probe mount shown in this video.
