These handy in-house designed alignment tools are the same ones we provide with our genuine CNC3D QueenBee upgrades and use to build our Queenbee and QB2 machines.
They work on all axes and work with both MGN15 and HGR15 rails.
If you want or need to get your rails aligned quickly and easily on 8040 C beam then these are the ideal choice for you.
Simply fit your rails loosely onto your extrusion and then clip both of the alignment tools over the top of your rails then start tightening them up!
They are made from 12mm HDPE right here at our Factory on the Gold Coast.
