Each dust shoe is made to order and requires anywhere from 1-3 days to print (dependent on size) and then a full 24hours for the adhesive to cure before they can be safely packaged and shipped.
The same lead times apply for local pick up orders.
 
 
We've listened to the feedback from our customers and designed a very handy Quick access magnetic Dust shoe.
 
Made from durable plastic, these magnetic dust shoes making setting your zero, changing endmills and observing your job a Snap!
 
How it works: Mount the dust shoe around your spindle, run a hose from the flange to your shop vac or dust extractor, and switch the vacuum on before starting your job. 
 
To set zero or change an endmill, simply detach the magnetic front cover for instant access, then snap it back on when you're ready to cut.
 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED (sold separately): 
A shop vac (Vaccum) or dust extractor connected to the flange. The dust shoe on its own does not collect or move dust, it relies entirely on suction from your vacuum.
 
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
 
When choosing your vacuum flange, select the size that matches your hose. The dust shoe flange itself is made slightly smaller so the hose can slide over it easily for a secure yet easy fit. 
 
For example: If choosing the 37mm vacuum flange option, the dust shoe flange for the vacuum part has an outer diameter of 30mm. Due to the length of the sleeved part, this typically has very little impact on the performance of the shoe. If you feel your hose or plastic fitting is slightly too large for the shoe to fit, you may choose to add a spacer/adapter, while it is likely not required, you are welcome to do so.
 
 
PLEASE BE AWARE:
We cannot exchange or refund dust shoes because the wrong size was selected. Please make sure you are certain you are selecting the correct size shoe for your spindle before placing the order!
 
If you have a YouCarve (with a Makita style router), QueenBee, QB2, Ultimate Bee Kit or SharpCNC and HAVE NOT replaced the spindle then you will need a 65mm shoe.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
100mm hose users: 
We recommend detaching the hose half from the spindle half when the machine is not in use. This prevents the weight of the hose from putting undue pressure on the shoe for long periods.
 
Colour: 
We typically make all of our dust shoes purple. On the rare occasion purple is not available, the colours sent may be either black or pink. We send colours randomly depending on filament availability; we do not print custom coloured shoes.
 
Bristles: 
Bristle length will depend on availability. We will typically use 70mm bristles, however if 70mm are not available you will receive 100mm bristles. Both lengths can be easily trimmed with scissors.
