These 1 flute Upcut endmills have been specifically designed for cutting plastics and acrylic. They are designed to cut smoothly and eject as much swarf as possible without causing the material to melt and jam up the endmill.
Recommended for
- Plastics (ABS, acrylic, HPDE etc.)
Please Note
It is recomended to run these endmills at the fastest feedrate safely possible and the lowest RPM to reduce the chance of clogging the flutes with melted plastic or acrylic.
It is not recommended to use these endmills for wood as it's upcutting profile will leave a rough surface edge on your timber.
