Chinese vfd to nighthawk help. MK100.252.2g-Dk
Hello all this is my first post here,
I'm currently converting a Chinese 6040 4 axis cnc router running mach3 with a 2.2kw spindle to the awesome nighthawk controller after months of problems with my mach3 break out board and technical support issue in china.
After ordering my controller and a new 48v mean well power supply it was time to start the converting process.
Then a problem I ran into was using my current vfd that came with my cnc 6040 the MK100.252.2G-Dk.
No information on the vfd came with my machine.
So I contacted china zone cnc in china with no success.
I also contacted cnc3d which replied very fast and with lot of information but unfortunately are not able to help as it is there policy to 3rd party vfd.
I am trying to have the nighthawk control my spindle speed and to turn and off.
I am fine with the power wiring from the power supply but the wiring from the vfd to the nighthawk is the problem.
so far I have found the motor manual after going on a long process of searching but not clear to me. I hope someone could give me a hand please.
I will up load pictures and the manual and if someone can help me that would be awesome.
