CNC Tech Tip - How to disable USB selective suspend and tune your power settings

This video is a simple one but likely a very handy one.


Many users, especially those with GRBL based CNC controllers have likely experienced job stoppages on their machines due to issues with their USB connection.


One of the most common causes of this is either the computer falling asleep or a power saving feature built in to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 called "USB selective suspend".


In this video we cover how to tune your computer's power settings for smooth and hopefully problem free job runs.
