This week we’re deep into re-designing our QB2 plates to allow us to install barrel-type inductive limit switches!
These switches provide increased accuracy over the mechanical-type switches and work off magnetic induction rather than mechanical activation.
Please be aware that although you can retro-fit these switches onto any existing machine using the Nighthawk Controller, in order to use this setup we have had to redesign the QB2 plates with extra spacing and threads to fit the barrels and we do not offer the plates for sale – these will be an option on new builds only very soon!
