With Priority Support, one of our experienced team members will be available via phone or Skype, and if needed, we’ll remote into your PC to work directly with your system in real time.

 

This service is open to

  • CNC3D and 3rd party machine owners
  • Users with CNC3D Commander compatible controllers (Most GRBL controllers)
  • Anyone using our Nighthawk control system (which we know inside out)

 

For CNC3D customers, support is complimentary during your CNC3D machine or controller’s warranty period for warranty-related issues. 

 

🔧 Supported Software & Compatibility

We’re specialists in CNC3D Commander, our Nighthawk controller and most GRBL based controllers. Using these tools allow us to provide fast, efficient support. This is where we can deliver the most value with minimal time spent.

 

If you're using third-party software like gSender or Lightburn for example, we do not specialize in these platforms and support may take considerably more time as we are unfamiliar or only partially familiar with them

Results may vary, and resolution may not be as fast or comprehensive

⏱️ Time Tracking & Refund Policy

This listing is for 1 hour (60 minutes) of Priority Support.

Time is tracked accurately during your session, it starts once remote access begins.

Unused minutes are saved and remain on your account for future sessions.

 

Priority Support time is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or resolution status

Please also understand that while we aim to get you up and running as efficiently as possible, we cannot guarantee a complete resolution within the time purchased and we do NOT provide any kind of guarantees that we can solve any kind of issues. We are simply going to do our best to help you help yourself.
