We offer premium Priority Phone/Remote support option that is available during the hours listed on our Contact Page
Priority Phone Support is the absolute best way to get support. A member of our trained team will be on a Phone/Skype call with you and/or we remote in to your PC and assist you with your issue or query directly.
This premium support option is available to both CNC3D Machine users and users with other Commander compatible controllers and machines.
Priority Support Time is non-refundable, we will keep track of tech support time used and any unused time (in minutes) will remain in our system for future Tech Support Calls.
To save time, before a Priority support session is booked, our engineers may request photos, videos and other other information to support you efficiently before the billed time begins. Please ensure you are prepared to send through any information as requested.
For those of you with a CNC3D machine or controller, we offer Priority Support FREE for the first 3 months of your machine or controller purchase!
**PLEASE NOTE: For CNC3D machine or controller owners, priority support for warranty related issues within the warranty period, priority support is NOT charged.**
This listing is for 1 hour (60 minutes) of CNC3D premium Priority Support. You are welcome to purchase additional hours as multiples below to keep a balance for when you need it. Your time does not expire and will be managed by our team.
