Spindle Starts on Power Up and Won't Stop
Hi Guys,
I have a Huanyang VFD and a 2.2kw water cooled spindle. When I power up the CNC, my spindle starts automatically and can only be stopped by pushing the STOP button on the VFD. I can control the Spindle through Commander but it doesn't represent the value on the VFD. When I hit Spindle Off in Commander, the spindle slows down to 8000rpm (on VFD) but doesn't completely stop.
I'm sure its got something to do with the settings within the VFD but I have follow the 3 different setting changes and nothing helps. Do you have any further documentation on what you need to do in commander and the VFD settings.

I have managed to sort out the matching RPM issue but it still won't stop and still runs on startup of cnc. I also noticed the VFD is stating its running in REV on startup. I would appreciate a response to this please. I've been working on the problem for a couple of days now.
