Hi James,Travel limit error occurs for only 2 possible reasons.1. You have not homed at the startof the day at least once2. You have in fact exceeded the maximum travel of your machine.There are really no other exceptions to these rules.Most common cause is likely your Safe Z travel. Check your CAM programs Safe Z height value and adjust accordingly.I hope this helps!
