CNC3D Commander build 343

Released 21 July 2026. Version 1.1 build 343 of CNC3D Commander and the CNC3D Design Suite: 5 new features, 5 bug fixes. Download the latest build (free, Windows).

New features

• Modified the Union merging function in Design suite to merge segmented line shapes (open paths / poly lines).

• Several small changes to improve user flow have been added. (reminder dialogs.. etc)

• An additional Z Start offset value added to router mode for when layering multiple toolpaths together.

• Updated the visualizer / Job warnings machine info so it more accurately displays the job.

• Claude MCP and MVP connector added, easy install via the Settings menu under “AI Helper”

Bug fixes

• After updating firmware or WebUI, the Commander window shows correctly as disconnected so users did not assume they were still connected when they were actually not.

• Fixed a bug relating to multiple toolpaths in CNC3D design suite where multiple pockets existed on the same shape.

• When exiting out of Design Suite, Commander no longer resizes randomly.

• IMPORTANT NOTICE - New certified code signing certificate

• We now have an official certified code signing certificate on all files to avoid false AV positives. (We paid the code signing extortion money!), This process may still take some time but at least it should flag less in general with Windows as it is a Microsoft certified partner code signing certificate.
