Released 30 August 2026. Version 1.1 build 351 of CNC3D Commander and the CNC3D Design Suite: 1 new feature, 1 bug fix, a NightHawk firmware update. Download the latest build (free, Windows).

New features

  • C3DTHC control menu now moved to Help menu under user guides in Commander.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug advising some users that they are in the middle of an SD job when they were not in an actual job.

Nighthawk Firmware Update to V3.2

  • Fixes a bug where a delay (and crash catch) in communications interferes with the currently running job.

  • C3DTHC Plasma controller firmware update to 1.14

  • Fixes a few small bugs relating to restarts of arcs after failed ignition in dynamic mode. Offers a new menu to allow using projected optimal arc voltage from cut height value. The Manual has also been updated and can be found in the “Help” menu under “User guides”.
