Released 24 September 2026. Version 1.1 build 356 of CNC3D Commander and the CNC3D Design Suite: 1 new feature, 3 bug fixes. Download the latest build (free, Windows).

New features

  • CNC3D Design suite “Corner tuner” tool now supports ‘T’ boning alongside Dog boning and Corner rounding.

Bug fixes

  • Tapered ball nose finishing passes now use the correct stepover, producing smoother 3D finishes.

  • Fixed a bug where if an SD job completes it won’t allow you to start another because the job was in HOLD state.

  • Fixed a bug with Dog bones being right on the edge of the path not partly in it.
