We have had lots of questions about configuring and optimizing the settings of their CNC VFD.
Fortunately, our friends at "I'll Do It Myself" have put together an excellent video on understanding and adjusting all of the settings required for smooth spindle operation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your VFD is generally preconfigured with conservative settings right out of the box. These default settings will ensure a long running life of the spindle but may be a bit slow to speed up and slow down for some operators.
